摘要
由于巴西某磁铁矿粒度较粗,成球性能较差,为了更好地将其用于球团生产,本文以该粗粒磁铁矿和凌钢自产精矿为原料,研究了该磁铁矿配比对生球及成品球相关性能的影响。试验结果表明:当该粗粒磁铁矿配比低于45%时,生球与成品球的强度略微有所降低,但生球的爆裂温度与成品球的还原度有所提高,且不会影响成品球团矿的还原膨胀率与低温粉化率。本文为该粗粒磁铁精矿实现简单、高效的利用提供了借鉴。
Due to a kind of Brazilian coarse - grained magnetite concentrate with a poor pelletizing ability, in order to better used it in pellet production, the effects of the ratio of magnetite on the properties of green pellets and finished pellets were studied based on the coarse grained magnetite and Lingsteel produced concentrate as raw material in this paper. The results show that, when the coarse grained magnetite ratio is lower than 45%, the strength of green pellets and finished pellets slightly decreased, but the burst temperature of green pellets and the reduction degree of finished pellets increased, and the reduction swelling rate and low temperature pulverization of finished pellets will not be affected. This paper provides a reference for the simple and efficient utilization of the coarse particle magnetite concentrate.
