摘要
本文在描述中国服务业集聚特征性的基础上,结合经济学相关理论和服务业的产业特性,采用2003-2015年中国14个细分服务业行业数据进行了实证检验。研究发现:我国服务业集聚程度不高,集聚趋势正在加强;行业发展水平、信息化水平、工资水平三个变量回归结果较为显著,且参数符号均符合预期的假设。在此基础上,又对行业异质性进行分析发现,基于三类服务业所具有的不同产业特征,三类服务业集聚的影响因素也不尽相同。最后,本文分别从相关企业的创新主体地位、公共服务平台和地方信息基础设施建设、服务业集聚区考评制度等方面提出了促进我国服务业集聚发展的政策建议。
On the basis of describing the characteristic facts of China＇s service industry agglomeration, this paper combines the relevant theories of economics and the industry characteristics of service industry, and uses the industry data of 14 segments of service industry in China from 2003 to 2015. The study shows that China＇s service industry agglomeration trend is being strengthened, though it isn＇t strong; the level of the industrial development, the level of information and the level of wages are more significant, and the parameter symbols are in line with the expected assumptions. On this basis, after the analysis on the heterogeneity of the industry, it is found that the influencing factors of the three types of service industries are different according to the different industrial characteristics of the three types of service industries. Finally, this paper puts forward some political suggestions to promote the development of service industry agglomeration in China from the aspects of innovation subject status, public service platform and local information infrastructure construction, and service industry cluster evaluation system.
