摘要
产学研协同创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,对协同创新冲突的有效管理是提高协同效率的重要措施。为探讨冲突成因及其演化,本文将产学研协同创新冲突的影响因素归纳为外部环境、资源投入均衡性、知识流动与共享及组织管理制度四个方面。根据冲突成因,将冲突分为文化冲突、利益分配冲突和知识产权冲突。随后,结合产学研协同创新生命周期分析冲突的衍生机理,提出冲突发展遵循潜伏积累——公开对抗——冲突化解(或关系恶化)的演化路径,并阐述了不同类型冲突的阶段特征及其差异性。最后,为提升产学研协同创新效率提出了拓宽融资渠道、实行股权制利益分配、谈判契约式产权管理和设置协调管理机构的冲突管理策略。
Collaborative innovation of industry-university-research is an important part of the national innovation system, and the effective management of collaborative innovation conflict is an important measure to improve the efficiency of coordination. In order to explore the causes of conflict and its evolution, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the conflict of production into four aspects: external environment, resource input equilibrium, knowledge flow and sharing, and organization and management system. According to the causes of conflict, conflicts have been divided into cultural conflicts, interest distribution conflict and intellectual property rights. Based on the analysis of collaborative innovation life cycle, the conflict development is followed by the evolutionary path from latent accumulation to open confrontation and then to conflict resolution (or deterioration of relations), and the characteristics and differences of different types of conflicts are expounded. Finally, in order to improve the efficiency of collaboration innovation, the paper puts forward st^me strategies to broaden the financing channels, implement the distribution of equity interests, negotiate contractual property rights management and set up coordination management organizations.
