摘要
[目的/意义]云计算环境下国家学术资源信息安全保障机构组织分散,构建信息安全保障联盟可以明确信息安全保障机构的安全职责,降低信息安全成本,将信息安全保障利益最大化,实现云计算环境下国家学术资源的信息安全保障。[方法 /过程]通过分析云计算环境下国家学术资源信息安全保障联盟的主体及其协同关系,构建云计算环境下国家学术资源信息安全保障联盟协同架构并分析其管理机制、运行机制。同时,从学术资源的组织、开发、利用3个阶段分析信息安全保障机构的工作职责与关联。[结果 /结论]通过建立云计算环境下国家学术资源信息安全保障联盟,厘清安全保障机构间的关系及其职责,实现安全协同保障。
[ Purpose/significance] Under the cloud computing environment, information security guarantee institutions of national academic resources are distributed. To build Information security guarantee alliance can clarify the responsibility of information security guarantee institutions, reduce the cost of information security, maximize the benefits of information security and ultimately, realize the implementation of information security for national academic resources in cloud computing environment. [ Method/process ] By analyzing the main members and synergy relationship, this paper constructed the coordination architecture of information security guarantee for national academic resources in cloud computing environment and analyzed its management mechanism and operation mechanism. At the same time, this paper analyzed the responsibility of information security guarantee institutions from the three stages of organization, development and utilization of academic resources. [ Result/conclusion ] By building the information security guarantee alliance of national academic resources in cloud environment, we can clear up relationship and obligation of information security guarantee institutions and realize coordinated implementation.
