摘要
随着信道环境的日益复杂化,实际应用中遇到了很多非高斯噪声信号,此类过程具有显著的脉冲特性,其统计特性严重偏离高斯分布,传统的通信信号检测方法不再适用。为此,重点研究了在Alpha稳定分布噪声背景下的通信信号检测方法。首先,介绍了Alpha稳定分布的基本理论。其次,分析并验证了在Alpha稳定分布噪声背景下,传统信号检测方法失效的原因。最后,提出了分形盒维数的概念,针对Myriad滤波预处理后的信号,基于分形盒维数实现了通信信号的检测,仿真结果表明,此方法在Alpha稳定分布噪声背景下能够有效地实现信号的检测,具有良好的性能。
With the increasing complexity of channel environment,many non-Gaussian noise signals are encountered in practical application. The process has significant pulse characteristics,and its statistical characteristics are deviated from Gaussian distribution. The traditional communication signal detection method is not applicable. The communication signal detection method in the background of Alpha stable distribution noise is studied emphatically. Firstly,the basic theory of Alpha stable distribution is introduced. Secondly,the reason of the failure of the traditional signal detection method in the background of Alpha stable distribution noise is analyzed and verified.Finally,the concept of fractal box dimension is proposed. Based on the signal of Myriad filter preprocessing,the communication signal is detected based on the fractal box dimension. The simulation results show that this method can effectively realize the signal in the background of Alpha stable distribution noise of the detection,with good performance.
