摘要
针对目前气/固两相流检测中流型识别的精度和速度制约等问题,设计基于Xilinx Spartan-3E系列FPGA芯片的圆周型16电极ECT检测系统,采取DDR2存储技术以及采用USB总线技术代替传统的PCI总线技术,明显提高了电学成像速度。同时应用数字正交解调代替模拟解调,有效提高了解调的实时性和系统成像精度。实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定、处理速度快、采样精度高,在实际工业应用方面有一定的参考价值。
In view of the difficulties of flow pattern recognition accuracy and speed control in gas/solid two-phase flow (tetec- tion, a circular 16-electrode ECT detection system based on a Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA chip is designed in this paper. DDR2 storage technology and USB bus technology are used instead of the traditional PCI bus technology, which can significantly im- prove the electrical imaging speed. The digital orthogonal demodulation is used instead of the analog demodulation, which can ef- t^etively improve the real-time performance and the imaging accuracy of the system. The simulation experiment shows that Ihe system possesses the advantages of stability, fast processing speed and high sampling accuracy, and has a certain reference value in practical industrial applications.
