摘要
本文通过控制变量法找出了某车型车门关门力大的关键影响因素,并对关键影响因素进行分析和设计优化,提出了该车型车门关门力大问题的解决方案,降低了关门力,提高了用户操作舒适性,对解决车门关门力大问题有借鉴意义。
In this paper, The key influencing factors of the closing force of the door were found through the control variables method. And the key factors were analyzed and optimized. The solution to the problem of door closing of the car was put forward and the closing force was reduced and user operating comfort was improved, It is of great significance to solve the problem of door closing.
