摘要
文章对读者需求驱动采购(DDA),也叫读者决策采购(PDA)的服务理念和基本流程进行了阐述,梳理了目前国内基于DDA采购理念开展的相关实践活动,通过江西现代职业技术学院"你选书,我买单"的活动,证实了以读者需求驱动采购的馆藏建设模式能够提升图书馆的满意度,提高图书利用率和降低图书零用率。但受读者专业范围、个人喜好等综合因素影响较大,因此,只能作为馆藏建设的补充而不能完全取代传统馆藏建设模式。为了有效发挥DDA的作用,图书馆还应从采选标准的制定、加强和大型供应商的合作、提高学科馆员自身综合实力以及对DDA实施效果进行科学的分析等方面来努力。
In this article,the service concept,acquisition philosophy and basic process of Demand-Driven Acquisition（DDA）,also known as Patron-Driven Acquisition,have been summarized.The purchasing mode of library collection construction,＂You choose the books,and I will pay＂,could greatly enhance the satisfaction for library,and enhance the utilization ratios and reduce zero utilization.However,due to the different professional range,personal preferences and other involved factors of the readers,DDA can only serve as supplement to the collection construction and cannot replace the traditional collection model completely.In order to effectively play the role of DDA,the library should set acquisition standards,strengthen cooperation with large suppliers,improve comprehensive ability of subject librarians,and make deep analysis on the effect of DDA.
