摘要
学术信息资源利用在推进科学研究和技术发展具有重要作用.通过分析学术信息资源的发展趋势和存取运作模式,认为数字化和开放获取是学术信息资源管理和传播的发展趋势,目前图书馆、机构知识库、全文数据库、文库、期刊网站等主要存取运作模式各具优缺点.基于数字学术信息资源整合和布局需要,以及科研人员对资源获取需求的变化,提出了区域学术信息资源平台建设的设计,并初步建成了河南省自然科学学术信息资源平台的网站.
Academic information resources play an important role in promoting scientific research and technology development. We analyzed the development trends and access operation modes of academic information resources. It was supposed that digitalization and open access are the main trends of academic information resources management and spreading. And the major access operation patterns, such as library, institutional repository, full-text periodical database, Wenku library, journal website, all have their advantages and disadvantages. According to the need of layout and integration of academic information resource, and the changes of scientific research personnel demand for resource acquisition, we put forward a design of regional academic information resource platform construction, and preliminarily built the natural science academic information resource platform of Henan province.
