摘要
对广州星海音乐学院音乐厅屋面伸缩缝、屋檐反梁排水沟、门廊顶、组合屋面板、玻璃光棚及玻璃幕墙等区域进行了渗漏和原因分析,提出了针对性的维修补漏方案。该方案实施后效果良好,保证了星海音乐学院钢结构屋面质量长期稳定可靠。
Leakage checking and cause analysis for the roof expansion joint, cave reversed beam gutter, top of porch, combined roof panel, glass shed, glass curtain wall and other locations of the concert hall of Xinghai Conservatory of Music are conducted, and targeted treatment plans are put forward. The implementation of the plans achieves excellent effect, and guarantees long-term quality stability for the steel structured roof of Xinghai Conservatory of Music.
