摘要
脱氮除磷一直是生活污水处理的难点。A_2O-MBR处理工艺受进水水质碳氮比、进水流量、活性污泥泥龄、环境温度等因素影响较大,导致出水总氮、氨氮、总磷指标不稳定。针对以上问题,探索了A_2O-MBR、ECO组合工艺处理高浓度生活污水的脱氮除磷效果。结果显示该组合工艺对氨氮、总磷去除效果显著,氨氮出水为0.313mg/L,总磷出水为0.25mg/L;出水总氮相对较高为15.2mg/L。通过组合工艺处理,出水氨氮、总氮、总磷均满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级B标要求。
Nitrogen and phosphorus removal has been the difficulty of domestic sewage treatment.A2O-MBR treatment process is affected by factors such as carbon and nitrogen ratio,influent flow rate,activated sludge age and ambient temperature,which leads to the instability of total nitrogen,ammonia and total phosphorus.In view of the above problems,the study of A2O-MBR and ECO combined treatment on denitrification and dephosphorization of high concentration domestic sewage were explored.The results showed that the combined process had significant effect on ammonia and total phosphorus removal,ammonia was 0.313 mg/L,the total phosphorus effluent was 0.25 mg/L,and the total nitrogen content was 15.2 mg/L.By combining process,the discharge ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and total phosphorus meet the requirements of grade B of the《Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB18918-2002).
