摘要
CHEMCAD化工流程模拟软件,为工艺开发、工程设计、优化操作和技术改造提供理论指导。本文主要介绍该软件功能和应用方法,结合苯和甲苯精馏塔设计计算,讨论其在化工工艺设计中的应用。将CHEMCAD模拟值与文献值进行比较,相对误差小,符合较好。
CHEMCAD,a process simulator soft,is applied in chemical engineering design,which improves a theory instruction for the craft development,the engineering design,the optimized operation and the technological transformations.The functions and application methods of CHEMCAD and its simulation for benzene recovering column,which applied to discuss CHEMCAD applied in teaching of chemical engineering design.The CHEMCAD simulation results for benzene column were compared with the values of document,all that were accord and the errors were comparatively small.
