摘要
2016年在装置首次使用乙二醇清洗缩聚釜,与三甘醇清洗相比,检修后开车物料放流量明显增加,综合对比放流量、清洗费用、清洗效果等因素,乙二醇清洗具有明显优势,值得在今后检修中推广实施。
The first use of ethylene glycol cleaning polycondensation reactor in 2016,compared with triethylene glycol cleaning,discharge was obviously increased in start-up process after maintenance,contrast factors of discharge,cleaning costs,cleaning effect,ethylene glycol cleaning has obvious advantages,it is worth promoting and implementing in the future.
