摘要
建立了一种用高效液相色谱测定反,反-2,4-己二烯乙酸酯的定量分析方法。采用WondaSil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸水溶液(体积比为80:20)为流动相,流量为0.8 mL/min,柱温为25℃,选择220 nm为检测波长进行检测。结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9991,标准偏差为0.0019,平均回收率为99.04%。该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高、定量准确、结果稳定。
A method of HPLC was developed for the quantitative determination of trans,trans-2,4-Hexadienyl acetate.The mobile phase was a 80:20 mixture of methanol and phosphoric acid aqueous solution,flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and a WondaSil C18 chromatographic column was used with column temperature at 25℃ and the detection wave length was 220 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9991,the standard deviation was 0.0019 and the average recovery was 99.04%.The method is found to be rapid,simple,high sensitivity,accurate quantitative,and the results are stable.
