摘要
将水不溶性药物制备成纳米混悬液会使药物溶出速率显著增加,从而提高其生物利用度。本文对纳米混悬液的新的制备方法如微型化制备技术、干法共磨等以及最新下游加工和应用等进行了综述。综合目前研究,高效化、智能化的制备技术和对纳米混悬液的深加工必将是此领域今后的发展方向。
The preparation of nanosuspension of water-insoluble drugs will significantly increase the dissolution rate of the drug.In this paper,the new preparation methods of nanosuspension such as miniscale production and dry co-milling as well as the downstream processing and application of nanosuspension were reviewed.The future research point will be the high efficiency and smart production method coupled with deep downstream process based on recent studies.
