稀土掺杂纳米磷酸镧发光材料的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 磷酸镧具有热稳定性高、折光率大、声子能量低、化学性质稳定等特点,是一类优良的发光基质材料。稀土掺杂磷酸镧是发光效率最高的发光材料之一,并且其热稳定性和真空紫外辐照维持率优于其他发光材料,在高密度激发和高能量量子激发发光材料研究中具有广泛的应用,引起人们的特别关注。合成方法对于无机材料的颗粒尺寸和微观形貌影响巨大,同时对于材料的物理化学性质也有着重要的影响。本文综述了合成方法与稀土离子掺杂情况对于磷酸镧发光性能的影响,并对这种发光材料未来发展进行展望。 Lanthanum phosphate is characteristic for high thermal stability,high refractive index,low phonon energy and high chemical stability.It is also one kind of excellent luminescent matrix material.Rare earth doped lanthanum phosphate is one of the most effective luminescent materials,and its thermal stability and vacuum ultraviolet radiation maintenance rate is much better than other luminescent materials.Due to its broad application,it gains much attention especially in the field of high-density excitation and high-energy quantum luminescent materials.Usually,synthesis method has great influence on the particle size and microstructure as well as physical and chemical properties of inorganic materials.In this paper,the influence of synthesis method and rare earth ion doping on the luminescent properties of lanthanum phosphate is reviewed.The possible development future of this luminescent material is also prospected.
