摘要
液质联用技术是将高效液相色谱和质谱串联整合,以高效液相色谱作为主要分离手段,质谱作为检测手段的现代分析技术,集合了高效液相色谱的高分离能力和质谱的高灵敏度、高选择性的特点,在药物分析领域得到较为广泛的应用。本文主要综述了液质联用技术在药物分析中的具体应用。
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology（LC/MS） is a modern analytical technique which combines with high performance liquid chromatography and the mass spectrometry.High-performance liquid chromatography is the main means of separation and mass spectrometry is the means of detection.It has lots of advantages,such as high separation capacity,good sensitivity and high selectivity.So it is widely used in the field of drug analysis.This paper mainly reviews the application of LC/MS in pharmaceutical analysis.
