脱蛋白和未脱蛋白的银耳多糖生物活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过清除羟基自由基、DPPH·自由基、ABTS+自由基的能力,来测定脱蛋白和未脱蛋白这两种银耳多糖的抗氧化性,并且通过MTT法测定它们各自联合顺铂抑制Hep G2肝癌细胞的增殖活性。结果表明,未脱蛋白的银耳多糖在抗氧化性能上好于脱蛋白的银耳多糖,脱蛋白的银耳多糖联合顺铂的抑制率达65.34%,未脱蛋白的银耳多糖联合顺铂的抑制率达70.81%,得出了未脱蛋白的银耳多糖联合顺铂抑制细胞增殖效果好于脱蛋白的银耳多糖联合顺铂。 This paper studied the determination of antioxidant of Tremella Polysaccharide with or without deproteinization by scavenging hydroxyl radicals, DPPH free radicals and ABTS^+ free radicals, and the determination of proliferation activity of inhibiting HepG2 cells combined respectively with cisplatin by MTT test. The results showed that the antioxidant of Tremella Polysaccharide without deproteinization was better than that of Tremella Polysaccharides with deproteinization, the inhibition rate combined with cisplatin of Tremella Polysaccharide with deproteinization was 65.34% and that of Tremella Polysaccharide without deproteinization was 70.81%. It was found that the proliferation of inhibiting HepG2 cells combined with cisplatin of Tremella polysaccharide without deproteinization was better than that of Tremella Polysaccharide with deproteinization.
