摘要
工业铁矿烧结大烟道因其管径大、施工区域狭窄而给安装造成很大难度,按照常规安装,需用两台大型汽车式起重机站在安装区域侧面抬吊输送,并用多台倒链衔接配合就位,此安装方式不但施工成本投入较大,且安全系数较低,工期较长。经过多年施工经验积累,以保证安全、缩短工期、降低成本为宗旨,探索总结出了一套新的大烟道安装工艺,并在通钢360m2烧结大烟道的安装中成功加以应用,并对具体安装工艺做出介绍。
International iron own sintering flue has large diameter and narrow construction area causing great difficulty for installation. Conventional installation method needs two large truck cranes to lift and transport the flue on the border of the installation area, and uses several chain blocks to position the flue. This installation method has big construction cost, low safety and long construction period. Based on the principle of high safety, short construction period and low cost, experiences have been accumulated for many years and a new set of large flue installation process has been summarized and successfully used in the installation of 360 m2 steel sintering flue. This paper introduced this installation process in details.
