摘要
随着我国整体国力的飞速提升,我国城市化建设发展进入新的阶段,房屋建筑工程领域呈现出了新的特点,在工程建设材料与施工工艺应用等方面有了长足的进步。就当前的房屋建筑施工而言,地基结构施工是最重要的一环,地基结构的稳固性与整体合理性直接影响着后续分部工程的建设,同时也关系着整个房屋工程的整体质量水平。在探讨分析房屋建筑施工中的地基施工技术要点的基础上,提出了详细的质量控制措施,并列举了相应的控制指标。
