摘要 随着高等职业教育教学改革的不断深入,社会对高职院校学生的专业技能要求也越来越高。学生的职业素养和专业实践能力的提高成为各级教育部门和职业院校高度关注的课题。针对培养以能力为本位的高素质技能型人才的实际需求,深入行业内的施工单位、监理单位、材料供应单位、第三方检测机构以及相关行业监管单位,调查研究相关行业岗位知识技能的需求,在教学设计中探索和实施岗位能力+职业目标的"项目化"教学模式。 With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education, the society demands more and more professional skills for students in Higher Vocational colleges. The improvement of students' professional quality and professional practice has become a subject of great concern to the educational departments and vocational colleges at all levels. This article will focus on training to the actual needs for high-quality skilled talents standard, construction units, supervision units, in-depth industry materials supply units, the third party testing institutions and relevant industry supervision units, for investigation of the relevant industry job knowledge and skills, to explore in the teaching design and implementation of post ability+occupation target the "project" teaching mode.
