摘要
目的 了解 2型糖尿病 (ⅡDM)患者血脂代谢状况 ,以及血糖控制对血脂代谢的影响 ,为糖尿病患者血脂代谢异常选择治疗时机提供理论依据。方法 对 5 2例ⅡDM患者在血糖控制前后分别进行血糖、血脂检测 ,并与 4 0例健康人的血糖、血脂进行对比分析。结果 ⅡDM患者TCH、TG、LDL C及ApoB升高 ,HDL CApoAI降低 (P <0 .0 1)。血糖控制可使部分患者血脂代谢异常完全恢复正常。结论 ⅡDM患者均合并有明显的血脂代谢异常 ,除高血糖的继发性因素外 ,可能亦存在原发性血脂代谢紊乱遗传性缺陷因素。在血糖控制正常后再根据血脂情况 。
Objective To know the level of lipid in DM2 and if plasma glucose control influence on serum lipid level. Methods Plasma glucose and lipid were tested in 52 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 40 health persons. Results TCH, TG, LDL C and ApoB were higher and HDL C and ApoAI were lower in DM2 subjects(P<0.01). Dyslipidemia will be normal in a part of DM2 after treatment of lowing glucose. Conclusion There were dyslipidemia with type 2 diabetes mellitus, of which reasons may be genetic dyslipidemia besides plasma hyperglucose.
