摘要
盾构掘进过程不可避免地会对地层产生扰动,合理的选取盾构掘进参数对控制地层变形和提高掘进效率至关重要。珠海城际轨道交通工程采用大直径土压平衡盾构机掘进,采用现场试验和数值模拟的方法对全断面淤泥质土断面的土仓压力进行了现场的掘进试验和数值分析,利用现场实测数据对土仓压力对地面沉降的影响、不同土仓压力比情况下的推力进行了研究,并探讨了盾构机由全断面淤泥质土地层进入上软下硬地层扭矩和推力的变化情况。
The shield tunneling process will cause the disturbance of ground inevitably, thus reasonable selection of shield tunneling parameters is very important to control ground deformation and improve tunneling efficiency. Large diameter earth pressure balance shield machine has been used in Zhuhai intercity rail transit project. In this paper, the field test and numerical simulation has been used to study pressures of soil chamber of full-section mucky soil. The effect of soil chamber pressure on ground subsidence and the thrust in different soil pressure ratio has been studied by using measured data. The change of the torque and thrust of the shield machine from full-section mucky soil to mix ground which composed of mucky soil and rock or sand was discussed.
