摘要
研究促进剂ZDTP及其与促进剂ZMBT并用对天然胶乳性能的影响。结果表明:以促进剂ZDTP制备的配合胶乳粘度大,热稳定度和机械稳定度小,配合胶乳胶膜的交联程度低,物理性能差;促进剂ZDTP/ZMBT并用可以提高配合胶乳胶体的稳定性,配合胶乳胶膜的硫化速率加快,硫化胶膜的交联密度和物理性能提高;当促进剂ZDTP/ZMBT用量比为0.75/0.75时,硫化胶膜的交联密度最大,综合物理性能较好。
The effects of accelerators ZDTP and ZDTP/ZMBT blend on the properties of NR latex were investigated.The results showed that,the compounded NR latex(NRL)prepared by accelerator ZDTP had high viscosity,low thermal stability and mechanical stability,and the resulted NRL film had a low crosslinking degree and poor physical properties. With accelerator ZDTP/ZMBT blend,the colloidal properties of compounded NRL were improved,the curing rate was increased,and the crosslinking density and physical properties of the vulcanized NRL film were improved. When the dosage ratio of accelerator ZDTP/ZMBT was 0. 75/0. 75,the crosslinking density of the vulcanized NRL film was the highest,and the physical properties were good.
