90年代中期发展起来的裂隙扫描角膜地形图 /角膜测厚系统 (Orbscan corneal topography system)基于光学裂隙扫描原理 ,能一次性测量角膜前后表面曲率、角膜前后表面隆起度和角膜厚度。目前研究已经显示其在角膜屈光手术、接触镜验配、干眼症和圆锥角膜的诊断及眼库眼球角膜的筛选等诸多领域的应用价值。本综述结合新近相关文献 ,概述了
Orbscan corneal topography system has been developed for measurements of anterior and posterior corneal surface curvature, corneal thickness and elevation in the same examination since the mid-1990s. As a new, optical, scanning slit instrument which can be used to evaluate both corneal thickness and topography, it has been applied in some speciality, such as corneal refractive surgery, contact lens, diagnosis of dry eye and keratoconus, screening of donor eye-bank eye. In this article, we summarized the applications of Orbscan corneal topography system in the before-mentioned specialities.
