摘要
运用气相色谱—质谱—计算机联用仪,由防风果实挥发油中分离鉴定出66种化学成分,多数为萜类化合物。并测定了各成分的百分含量。
Volatile oil from the fruits of Saposhnikoria di-raricata (Turcz.) Schischk. [Ledebouriella diraricata(Turcz.) Hiroe] was analysed by means of GC-MS.A total of 66 components were identified; The maincomponents in the oil were caryophyllene oxide,sabinene, β-pinene, myrtenal, myrtenol, α-terpine-ol. ρ-cymene, α-pinene, nonanoic acid.
