摘要
政府征地政策偏重物质补偿,相对轻人文关怀,体育意义被忽略;失地后,体育随社区一并陷入发展困境;农村体育根基薄弱,失地后情况进一步恶化;加之村民思想未能与时俱进致"村改居"社区体育陷入困境。让体育的现实意义成了纸面空谈,消解"村改居"社区体育困境,兑现体育现实意义,建议从政府重视体育意义,给予帮扶引导;发挥农民理性和挖掘社区内生力量;发展体育应"乡土"与"现代"并行做起。
The government’s land expropriation policy places more weight on material compensation but leaves humanistic care aside, so that the significance of sports is ignored. After peasants lost their land, sports have got into a development dilemma, which is even worse off after losing the land because of the week foundation of sports of villages. Villagers’ thoughts cannot keep pace with the times, which adds to the trouble of sports in “Village to Residence” Community, leaving the practical significance of sports an empty talk. To solve the difficulties of sports in “Village to Residence” Community and realize the practical significance of sports, it is suggested that the government should play importance on the significance of sports, offer help and guidance, bring villagers’ rationalness into full play and exploit the endogenous power of villagers. Developing sports should combine local area and modern times.
