摘要
针对lncRNA作为ceRNA与miRNA(lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA)相互作用调控肝癌的进展进行综述,包括lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA在肝癌发生发展进程中的功能、机制,lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA调控通路与中药作用机制研究。lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA丰富了肝癌的发生、发展机制,为肝癌诊断及治疗提供新思路。
Long noncoding RNA（ lncRNA）,as competitive endogenous RNA（ ceRNA）,can interact with miRNA（ lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA） and play the role in the regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma. This paper reviews the functions and mechanisms of lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,and researches about lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA regulation pathway and Chinese medicine mechanism. lncRNA/miRNA/mRNA enrich the occurrence and development mechanism of hepatocellular carcinoma,and provide novel insight into the diagnosis and therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma.
