摘要
介绍了测氮仪中的核心部件热导传感器,并对影响测氮仪中热导池检测精度的可能原因进行了分析,然后针对每一项可能引起测量精度下降的原因提出了具体的改善方法,通过对每一项的改进设计与实施,最后将改进后的各部分应用到测氮仪上,通过实验测到相应的信号,对测量速度和精度进行了比对,实验表明改进后的侧氮仪测量速度更快、精度更高,改进方案实用可行。
This paper first introduces the measurement of the core components of the thermal conductivity sensor used in nitrogen,and the influence of measuring thermal conductivity of nitrogen analyzer detection accuracy are analysed,then for each of the possible causes of low accuracy put forward concrete improvement methods,through improvement on the design and implementation of each item,finally the various parts of the application of improved measuring instrument of nitrogen,measured by the corresponding signal through the experiment of measuring speed and precision are analyzed and compared.Experiments show that the measurement of nitrogen side speed of improved faster and more accurate,practical and feasible improvement scheme.
