佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感与焦虑的相关性研究 被引量:1

A study on the correlation between self-efficacy of emotional regulation and anxiety in college students in Foshan

摘要 目的通过对佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感现状调查,分析其与焦虑的相关性,为提高大学生心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法选择2016年12月~2017年5月广东省佛山市4所大学总计342名大学生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷,大学生情绪调节自我效能感量表,焦虑自评量表进行数据收集,分析两者相关性。结果佛山市342名大学生情绪调节自我效能感为(62.06±5.45)分,焦虑的有47人(13.74%),不同焦虑水平大学生表达积极情绪维度(t=2.92,P=0.01)、管理挫折/愤怒情绪维度(t=2.68,P=0.01)及情绪调节自我效能感量表得分差异有统计学意义(t=3.84,P=0.00);大学生焦虑自评量表得分与表达积极情绪维度(r=-0.26,P=0.00)、管理沮丧/痛苦情绪维度(r=-0.14,P=0.01)、情绪调节自我效能感量表总分得分成负相关(r=-0.26,P=0.00)。结论佛山市大学生情绪调节自我效能感总体水平中等偏上,可通过提高大学生的情绪调节自我效能感,减少焦虑的发生。 Objective To analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and anxiety according to the investigation on the current situation of self-efficacy of emotional regulation in the college students in Foshan,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health levels of college students.Methods From December 2016 to May 2017,a total of 342 college students from 4 universities in Foshan,Guangdong were selected as the study subjects.The questionnaire of general data,the students'emotional regulation self-efficacy scale,and anxiety self-rating scale were applied and data were collected.The correlation between the two was analyzed.Results The total score of self-efficacy of emotional regu- lation was (62.06+5.45) in 342 college students in Foshan.There were 47 people (13.74%) with anxiety.The differences in the scores of expressing positive emotion dimension (t=2.92,P=0.01),management of frustration/anger dimension (t= 2.68,P=0.01) and total score of self-efficacy of emotional regulation were statistically significant in the students with different anxiety levels (t=3.84,P=0.00);the score of anxiety self-rating scale in college students was negative correlated with the scores of expressing positive emotion dimension (r=-0.26,P=0.00),management of frustration/pain dimension (r=-0.14,P=0.01),and total score of self-efficacy of emotional regulation (r=-0.26,P=0.00).Conclusion The overall level of self-efficacy of emotional regulation in the college students in Foshan is moderate to superior,which can reduce the occurrence of anxiety by improving the self-efficacy of emotional regulation in college students.
