摘要
从美国近期数据库保护一系列立法提案的内容变化分析美国数据库法律保护的新发展 ,并探讨我国数据库专门权利保护制度之可行性定位。
This paper started from recent changing of a serials American database legal proposals and analysis the new development of American database regulations,and also discuss the possibilty of establishing special legal protection systems in our country's database regulation.
