摘要
芍药甙是从赤芍、白芍等中药中分离得到的活性成分,具有水溶性大,遇热稳定等特点,常被选作中药制剂质量控制的指标成分。本文研究用反相高效液相色谱法,选用C_(18)柱和甲醇—水为流动相,测定八珍制剂中的芍药甙含量,线性范围为0.002~0.05mg/ml,回收率为99.38±0.75%。本法具有准确,简便,试剂价廉和实用性等特点。
Paeoniflorin, an active constituent from Paeonialactifora is water-solube, thermo-stable etc., it is of-ten used for quality control index of herbal prepara-tions. The content of paeoniflorin is determind by re-verse phase high performance liquid chromatogra-phy. It can be separated on C_(18) column with a mobilephase of methanol-water and the linear limits rangefrom 0.002 to 0.05 mg/ml. The average recoveryrate is 99.38±0.75%. This method is simpl, rapid,accurate and less expense.
