摘要
目的探讨超脉冲CO_2激光治疗远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病的疗效。方法将50例远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,运用超脉冲CO_2激光切除病变甲板及烧灼破坏病甲感染灶;对照组25例,采用长脉宽Nd:YAG 1 064nm激光照射病甲治疗。结果治疗组临床有效率为94.44%,对照组为56.76%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论超脉冲CO_2激光治疗远端侧位甲下型甲真菌病简单、经济、安全有效。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrapulse CO2 laser in the treatment of 25 patients with distal lateral subungual onychomycosis. Methods Fifty patients with distal lateral subungual onychomycosis（DLSO）were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=25）and the control group（n=25）. In the treatment group,ultrapulse CO2 laser were used to resect or burn out the infected nail plate. Patients in the control group were treated with long-pulsed Nd：YAG 1 064 nm laser. Results The cure rates in the treatment and control groups were 94.44% and 56.76%,respectively（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The ultrapulse CO2 laser is a simple,safe,economic and effective therapy for distal lateral subungual onychomycosis.
