摘要
指出了离心泵叶轮的非定常入流特性对其流动诱发压力脉动、振动特性影响显著。对叶轮的非定常入流特性进行了全面分析,阐述了其目前研究现状,并总结了非定常入流性能的控制及改善措施。进一步展望了离心泵叶轮非定常入流特性的发展趋势,为相关研究的继续深入提供参考。
The unsteady inflow characteristics of the centrifugal pump impeller have a significant effect on the flow in- duced pressure pulsation and vibration characteristics. In this paper, the unsteady inflow characteristics of the impeller are summarized, and the current research status is discussed. Besides, the control and improvement measures of unsteady inflow performance are summarized. Finally, the, development trend of the unsteady inflow characteristics of the centrifugal pump is analyzed, and the direction of the research is further studied.
