摘要
目的:研究镇喘汤治疗哮喘急性发作期的临床效果。方法:选取70例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用镇喘汤,观察比较两组治疗的临床效果。结果:观察组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为97.1%、91.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后各症状、体征积分较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后两组患者各症状、体征积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肺功能相关指标(FEV_1、FVC、FEV_1/FVC、PEF)水平较治疗前明显升高,且治疗后观察组患者FEV_1、FVC、PEF水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镇喘汤治疗哮喘急性发作期效果肯定,可有效缓解患者临床症状、体征,改善肺功能,值得推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of Zhenchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Method：70 cases with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group in the conventional western medicine treatment combined with Zhenchuan Decoction,clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group and the control group the total effective rate of treatment were 97.1% and 91.4%,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The symptoms scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than prior treatment,and after treatment,the difference of symptoms and signs of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The related indexes of lung function after treatment in two groups of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEF level were significantly higher than those before treatment,the level of FEV1,FVC and PEF of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Zhenchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of asthma curative is positive,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve lung function,it is worthy of popularization and application.
