摘要
目的探讨改良腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法对98例子宫脱垂患者行改良腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术,术后1、3、6、12个月进行随访分析。结果 98例患者均顺利完成改良腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术,手术时间(25±5)min,出血量(20±5)m L,平均住院时间(5±2)d。术后随访8例患者腹壁有牵拉不适感,在1个月后消失;2例患者术后尿频,2个月后症状自然消失;2例患者再次出现子宫下垂,但程度较前轻,患者无不适感。结论改良腹腔镜下子宫腹壁悬吊术安全易行、效果确切、创伤小,患者经济负担小,是治疗子宫脱垂简单易行的方法,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of uterine prolapse treated by modified laparoscopic napes uterine suspension. Methods 98 Patients who suffered from uterine prolapse and underwent the modified laparoscopic surgery of uterine suspension,the curative effect were analyzed in the following 1,3,6,12 months after the operation. Results All the 98 surgeries were successful. The operative time was （ 15± 5 ） min, the blood loss was （ 10 ± 5 ） mL, the length of stay was （5 ± 2） d. The postoperative follow - up of 1,3,6,12 months,8 patients felt uncomfortable in abdomen and disappeared after one months, two patients showed frequent urination and disappeared after two months, two patients reappeared uterine prolapse, but patients felt better than before. Conclusion The modified laparoscopic surgery of napes uterine suspension is safe, effective and mini - invasive with low cost, it is a simple method for the treatment of uterine prolapse, especially deserves to be recommended in the primary hospital.
