摘要
基于学理基础和实践需求,语言生态伦理具有自律价值。语言生态伦理的自律价值概括为语际生态伦理、语内生态伦理和语用生态伦理三个层级。语际生态伦理层级包括语言(方言、土语)的发生、发展、习得、传播及相互间互惠共生德性;语内生态伦理层级指语言(方言、土语)的语音、语汇、语法、语义等的发生、发展与规范应当存在;语用生态伦理层级指语际生态伦理层级与语内生态伦理层级的交汇生态自律。讨论语言生态伦理的自律价值是构建语言生态伦理体系的重要组成部分,对保护全球语言(方言、土语)生态、指导汉语不同领域的话语运用,进而建设语言(方言、土语)、汉语领域话语生态共同体具有理论价值和实践意义。
Based on its well-grounded theory and practical necessity,linguistic eco-ethics is empowered with self-discipline value,which is categorized into three layers:inter-lingual eco-ethics,intra-lingual eco-ethics and pragmatic eco-ethics.Inter-lingual eco-ethics involves how languages(dialects or aboriginal languages) are given birth,developed,acquired and transmitted as well as how they beneficially co-exist;Intra-lingual eco-ethics entails how the pronounciation,vocabulary,grammar and semantics of languages(dialects or aboriginal languages) are given birth,developed and regulated in terms of ought-to practice.Pragmatic eco-ethics refers to how ecological self-discipline works when inter-lingual eco-ethics and intra-lingual eco-ethics are interacted with each other.As one of the essential components which constitute linguistic eco-ethics system,the argument about self-discipline value of linguistic eco-ethics has its theoretical and practical significance in ecological preservations of global languages(dialects or aboriginal languages) and in guidance on applications of Chinese characters in different domains,which is of great help for the construction of ecological community aimed at global languages(dialects or aboriginal languages) and parole in Chinese domains.
