摘要
目的:观察瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚应用在腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉中的临床效果。方法:将某院2016年1月~2017年2月122例腹腔镜胆囊手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组61例患者。观察组患者给予瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚进行麻醉,对照组患者给予芬太尼进行麻醉,记录患者SPP、DBP、HR等生命体征指标变化,术后比较两组患者的睁眼时间、术后苏醒时间、拔管时间。结果:观察组患者各项生命体征指标更稳定,术后观察组患者的自主呼吸恢复时间、术后苏醒时间、拔管时间明显短于对照组患者,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞芬太尼联合丙泊酚在腹腔镜胆囊切除术麻醉中效果确切,患者恢复更快,安全可靠。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic choleeystectomy. Methods： 122 cases of laparoseopic choleeystectomy in a hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 61 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with remifentanil combined with propofol and fentanyl for patients in the control group, SPP, DBP, changes were recorded by HR, to compare the two groups of patients with open time, postoperative recovery time, extubation time after operation. Results： In the observation group, patients with vital signs is more stable and postoperative respiratory patients self recovery time, postoperative recovery time, extubation time was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Remifentanil Combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy anesthesia effect is better, patients recover faster, so it is safe and reliable.
