摘要
目的调查石家庄地区鼠类寄生虫感染情况。方法采用鼠笼法、鼠夹法隔夜抓捕鼠类,进行鼠群种类、鼠龄、性别鉴定和体内寄生虫分类。结果共捕获鼠592只,采集到体内感染疑似四翼无刺线虫的鼠9只,全部为小家鼠,该寄生虫在该鼠种的感染率为5.9%,感染强度为5~9条/只,平均感染强度为7条/只。对采集的线虫经过寄生虫形态学分类全部鉴定为四翼无刺线虫(Aspiculuris tetraptera Nitzsch,1821)。结论石家庄地区各鼠种仅小家鼠体内检测到四翼无刺线虫。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of parasites in wild rat in Shijiazhuang. Methods Rats were captured by cage and mouserap. Then rats species, age and sex were identified, and the worms were identified. Results 592 rats were captured. Of them, 9 Mus musculus were infected by a nematode belonging to the order Oxyurida. These nematode specimens were identified as Aspiculuris tetraptera, based on morphological characters. The prevalence and intensity ofAspiculuris tetraptera in Mus musculus were 5.9% and 5 - 9 ( mean intensity 7 ), respectively. Conclusion Aspiculuris tetraptera was detected only in Mus musculus during this helminthological survey.
