摘要
实验证明单磷酸阿糖腺苷的水解,主要是H^+的催化影响。最稳定pH为9.3～10.5。同时对其冻干制剂用经典恒温法、低温恒温恒湿法、室温留样观察及光照试验等考察产品质量,证实该品室温放置是稳定的。并可与葡萄糖、氯化钠等输液配伍,但不能与含钙制剂配伍使用。
Experimentally,hydrogen ion was found to be the main factor affecting hydrolysis of Ara-AMP.The rate-pH profile showed that the maximal stablepH was 9.3～10.5. It was proved that the prepara-tion is stable at room temperature. The Ara-AMPlyophilized preparation is compatible with glucose in-jection or normal saline and incompatible with fluidcontaining calcium ion.
