摘要
在32℃条件下,采用微量热仪得到了不同浓度姜黄素作用下粟酒裂殖酵母细胞生长的产热功率-时间(P-t)曲线,计算得到其生长速率常数k、传代时间t_G、抑制率I等热动力学参数,并探讨了热动力学参数与姜黄素浓度c的定量关系。结果表明,姜黄素对粟酒裂殖酵母细胞的生长代谢有较好的抑制作用。
At the temperature of 32 ℃, the P-t curves of S.pombe were obtained under different concentrations ofcurcumin by micro calorimeter. The microbial growth rate constant（k）, generation time（tG） and inhibition ratio（I） were calculated. And the mathematical relationship between those and concentrations of curcumin were discussed. Experimental results show that curcumin had good inhibition action on the grovcth of S.pombe.
