摘要
海洋是药用生物资源的宝库,海洋生物医药及其产业发展是当前研究热点。文章回顾福建省海洋生物医药产业的发展成就,分析目前存在的产业规模较小、科技优势未得到充分发挥、人才结构仍不合理和资金投入不足等问题;在海洋生物医药产业已成为国家战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分、21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区建设、福建省委省政府高度重视、研发科技力量雄厚和产业园区建设方兴未艾等机遇和背景下,提出加快福建省海洋生物医药产业发展的对策建议:夯实基础,加快平台建设;补上短板,加强人才队伍建设;创新机制,充分调动人才积极性;加大投入,完善投融资机制和政策;发挥优势,做大做强产业。
The ocean is abundant with bio-medicine resources,and marine bio-medicine industry has become current research hotspot. This paper reviewed the achievements of marine bio- medicine industry in Fujian province, and analyzed the existing problems such as small scale of industry, lack of technological advantages,irrational talent structure and insufficient investment.As marine bio-medicine industry is becoming one important part of national strategic emerging industry, core-area construction of the Silk Road, it has attracted more and more attention from the government of Fujian province, who has given priority to promoting the development of technology and the industrialization of marine bio-medicine.Based on the above background, the suggestions on accelerating the development of marine bio-medicine in Fujian province were given., consolidating the foundation to speed up the platform construction; making up the short board to strengthen the personnel team;innovating management mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of talent;increasing investment to improve financing policies taking advantage of resources to promote the development of dominant industries.
