摘要
为改善隧道施工通风环境,节约衬砌台车采购成本,本文对传统台车结构、通风性和无骨架台车构造、技术参数、安装方法及脱模工作原理进行介绍。以某无骨架台车为原型,利用有限元软件对其进行结构受力分析及汇总材料数据,并对结构优化设计,形成铰接式台车方案。结果表明:铰接式台车结构受力科学,内部空间大,自重轻,拆装快捷,通排风效果好,值得推广应用。
In order to improve ventilation environment of tunnel construction and save the purchasing cost of lining trolley, the paper introduced the traditional lining trolley structure, ventilation performance and no-skeleton lining trolley structure, technical parameters, installation methods and demoulding principle. Taking a no-skeleton lining trolley as prototype, by u- sing finite element software, the paper carried on an analysis of the structural stress, summarized the material data, and op- timized the structure design to form the articulated lining trolley plan. The results show that the articulated lining trolley structure is scientific with large internal space and light weight, it has a rapidity for disassembly and assembly, and a good ventilation effect, which is worthy being popularized and applied.
