摘要
高校思想政治教育精细化是一个内涵丰富的综合概念,是教育管理理念、教育模式和价值追求的有机融合。精细化发展是微时代思想政治教育理论创新和实践创新的重要追求和必然选择。从时间维度上看,粗放型、单一化的教育模式难以满足当前教育个性化发展趋势以及"内容+形式"的双重需求;从空间维度上看,微时代思想政治教育面临教育主阵地、话语空间和自身发展空间拓展的多重需求。只有实现教育理念、内容、质量和载体精细化,并从主渠道教育精细化、软环境营造精细化和日常管理精细化几个维度着力,才能助推微时代高校思想政治教育实效性提升。
The refinement and precision of ideological and political education is a concept of rich connotation, and an in- tegrated combination of the education management concepts, mode and value pursuit. Refined and precise development of ideological and political education is an important and inevitable choice for the theoretical and practical innovation in the micro era. In view of the chronological dimension, the extensive and simplified pattern may not meet the trend of person- alized development or the double demand for ＂content and form＂; ideological and political education in the micro era is to meet the multiple demands for expansion from the main front, discourse space and self development. Only through the education idea, content, quality and refinement, and from the education of main channel of fine, soft environment con- struction of fine and elaborating several dimensions focus on daily management, can the micro era ideological and political education effectiveness be boosted.
