南山终端LPG储罐事故数学模型分析

摘要 南山终端新建两个400 m3的LPG储罐,LPG是一种常见的危险化学品,其易燃易爆的特性,在生产、储运和使用过程中极易引起火灾,甚至爆炸事故。因此提前分析南山终端LPG储罐可能发生的事故,并建立事故连锁反应模型非常有必要。通过对南山终端LPG储罐进行事故危害分析,计算发生爆炸事故时对人员和设备造成危害的区域,并据此进行危害区域划分,可指导南山终端在事故发生时划定警戒范围,对安全正确的应对及预防事故具有重要的意义。 Nanshan terminal has constructed two new400 cubic meters LPG tanks. LPG is a kind of common dangerous chemicals and its flammable and explosive characteristics in the process of production,storage and using can easily result in fire,and even catastrophic explosion accident. Therefore,it 's necessary to analyze the possible accidents of the LPG tanks at Nanshan terminal in advance and set up a chain reaction model.Through accident hazard analysis on the LPG tanks at Nanshan terminal,this paper calculates the area where the personnel and equipment are harmed when an explosion occurs and based on this,the hazard area is divided. This can guide Nanshan terminal to set the warning area when accidents occur,which is of great importance to the response to and prevention of accidents safely and correctly.
