生物强化技术处理碱渣废水工程实例 被引量:2

摘要 炼化企业的碱渣废水有毒性高、浓度高、难降解、含盐量高等特点,对污水处理系统的日常运行产生很大的影响。企业选择利用特效菌种的生物强化技术进行实际应用,取得良好效果。介绍了生物强化技术LTBR高效生物处理工艺处理碱渣废水的工艺流程和特点,以及调试方法、处理效果和工程效益。运行结果表明:该系统处理高含盐碱渣废水,处理量可达0.9 t/h,废水的COD、硫化物、挥发酚得到大幅降解,可为后续低含盐污水处理系统稳定运行,污水处理系统达标排放提供保障。 Caustic sludge wastewater of petrochemical enterprises has the characteristics of high toxicity,high concentration,difficult to degrade,high salt content and so on. It has bad impact on the daily operation of thewastewater treatment system. The company chose the bioaugmentation technology with specific strains for practical application and good effects were received. This paper introduces process and features of treatment of caustic sludge wastewater by applying bio-augmentation technology,LTBR efficient biological treatment process. It also introduces the debugging method,treatment effect and engineering benefits of this plant. The operation results indicate that the processing capacity can reach up to 0. 9 t/h when treating caustic sludge wastewater with high salt concentration by this bioaugmentation technology; COD,sulfide,volatile phenol in the wastewater are greatly degraded. This provides protection for the following safe operation of the treatment system of wastewater with low salt and ensures that the wastewater can be treated in accordance with the wastewater discharge standards through the treatment system.
