摘要
采用水泥基灌浆套筒进行预装配式混凝土结构节点的连接是目前最常见、最可靠的方式。试验研究了硫铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥以不同比例混合制备的水泥基灌浆材料工作、力学与变形性能。试验结果表明,硫铝酸盐水泥取代后灌浆料初始流动度及其经时保持能力降低,早龄期抗压、抗折强度提升,后期强度下降,自收缩和干燥收缩减小。综合考虑水泥基灌浆材料工作、力学与体积稳定性能,硫铝酸盐水泥取代普通硅酸盐水泥比例以50%左右为宜。
Fabricated concrete structure joint connection with cement based grouting sleeve is the most common and reliable method. The workability, mechanical and deformation performances of cement based sleeve grouting prepared with sulpho-aluminate cement and ordinary portland cement composites in different proportion were experimental researched. The experimental results indicated that the initial fluidity and its keep ability of grouting decreased. The grouting specimens compressive and flexural strength at early age improved while later strength decreased. Besides, the autogenous shrinkage and dry shrinkage of grouting specimens reduced. Comprehensive consideration on the workability, mechanical and deformation performances of cement based sleeve grouting suggests that the appropriate substituted proportion of sulpho-aluminate cement to ordinary portland cement is about 50%.
