摘要
以IEC 61968的公共信息模型(CIM)为基础,对配电网设备信息及拓扑连接关系进行解析。先通过四参数法将设备地理信息系统(GIS)坐标映射到网格化的图纸上完成初始布局,再针对"杆塔分布均匀规整、站房分布均匀、线路交叉少、整体图元分布均匀"的优化目标进行多目标优化建模,利用带线性递减策略的柯西变异粒子群算法进行优化布局,实现了兼顾灵活通用与布局美观的配电单线图自动成图,并生成可缩放矢量图形(SVG)格式文件与专网移动设备共享,以满足配电网运检业务的需要。
Based on the common information model(CIM)of IEC 61968,the information and topology connection of distribution network equipment are analyzed.The four-parameter method is used to map the geographic information system(GIS)coordinates of the equipment to the grid-based drawings to complete the initial layout.A multi-objective optimization model is proposed for the optimization goal of "uniform distribution of towers,uniform distribution of stations,less intersecting lines and uniform distribution of the whole elements".And the layout is optimized using the Cauchy variant particle swarm optimization algorithm with linearly decreasing strategy.Finally,automation generation of single line diagram for distribution network is realized,which achieves a balance between flexible and beautiful.Scalable vector graphics(SVG)files can be generated to share with mobile devices and meet the needs of operating and maintaining for distribution network.
