摘要
在钛-钢复合过渡接头上采集了界面观察试样,对钛-钢界面的化合物分布和成分扩散进行了分析。试验结果表明,钛-钢界面存在熔化金属,该熔化层极薄,厚度约0.3μm,界面内存在纳米晶和非晶的混合组织,界面及界面附近存在Fe、Ti元素的扩散。
Samples for interface morphology observing were collected in the titanium-steel cladding transition, and the distribu- tion and diffusibility of component in titanium-steel interface were analyzed. The test results indicated that molten metal existed in titanium-steel interface, and the layer of molten metal was extremely- thin, with a thickness about 0. 3 μm. Nanocry stalline and the amorphous mixed organization also exists in titanium-steel interface, and pervasion of Fe and Ti elements pervaded in and around the titanium-steel interface.
