摘要
以碱处理的β分子筛为硅源,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,合成稀土铈掺杂的Ce-β/MCM-41微介孔复合分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR和N_2吸附-脱附对样品进行表征,并考察铈掺杂量对Ce-β/MCM-41分子筛合成的影响。以苯甲醚(AN)和乙酸酐(AA)为原料,在固定床反应装置上研究了催化剂的催化性能,并考察了反应空速、反应物配比r[n(AN)∶n(AA)]、反应温度和催化剂循环使用次数对对甲氧基苯乙酮(p-MOAP)收率的影响。结果表明:在反应物流量65 m L/h、反应空速6.5 h^(-1)、反应温度140℃和r=6.0时,p-MOAP的初始收率可达到61.5%,Ce-β/MCM-41(Ce/β质量比=0.03)在重复使用3次后仍具有不错的催化活性且比β/MCM-41有较大的提高。
Ce-β/MCM41 miero-mesoporous composite molecular sieves were obtained by using alkali-treated zeolite β as silica alumina source and CTAB as template agent. The samples were characterized via XRD, FT-IR and N2 adsorption-desorption. The effects of Ce-doping amount on the synthesis of Ce-β/MCM-41 molecular sieves were investigated. The catalytic property of catalyst on the synthesis of p-methoxyaeetophenone (p-MOAP) by anisole (AN) and acetic anhydride (AA) was studied in a fixed reactor. Effects of reaction velocity, reactant ratio { r [ n (AN) : n(AA) ]} , reaction temperature and catalyst recycling times on the yield ofp-MOAP were discussed. The results indicated that the initial yield ofp-MOAP was 61.5% under the optimum conditions: reactants flow 65 mL/ h, LHSV 6.5 h^ - 1, reaction temperature 140 ℃ and r = 6.0. The Ce-β/MCM41 ( Ce/β = 0.03 ) ( mass fraction) has a good catalytic activity after repeated using 3 times and great enhancement overβ/MCM-41.
